Exchange and Return Policies
At Fashion Square Hawaii, our number one priority is customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may choose one of the following options:
- Exchange
- You may exchange your order for another item of your choice
- The difference in pricing less shipping will be charged or credited to your account
- Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanged item(s)
- Return
- The amount of merchandise less shipping will be credited to your account upon satisfactory inspection of your returned merchandise.
- Exchanges and returns will be gladly accepted within 30 days of the invoice date.
- All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original condition and accompanied with the original tag and invoice.
- All items must be in re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, un-damaged, etc.). If merchandise was received in damaged condition, you must notify us immediately upon receipt.
- Please package, ship, and insure all exchanged and returned merchandise, using the shipping method of your choice (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) to:
